All questions are professionally curated by licensed CPAs and lawyers who have first-hand experience with the PRC board examinations. Our content team reviews and updates questions regularly to align with the current PRC Table of Specifications (TOS).

No. LisensyaLab is an independent educational tool developed by Think and Tinker Laboratory at Mapua University. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) of the Philippines.

We offer three plans:

Monthly — ₱500/month
Annual — ₱5,000/year (save ₱1,000 vs monthly)
School — Custom pricing for universities and review centers

All individual plans are processed through the App Store or Google Play.

We occasionally offer free trial periods through the App Store or Google Play. Check the app listing for current promotions. You can also explore a limited preview of the app before subscribing.

Yes. You can cancel anytime through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies. LisensyaLab does not process refunds directly. For billing issues, contact us at [email protected] and we'll help where we can.

The app tracks your performance across all subjects and topics. Based on your scores, time spent, and accuracy trends, it identifies your weak areas and recommends which subjects to focus on next. The more you study, the more accurate the recommendations become.

We update and add new questions weekly. Our content team monitors PRC TOS updates and board exam trends to ensure questions remain relevant and comprehensive.

Some content may be accessible offline once it has been loaded. However, features like real-time leaderboards and syncing your progress require an internet connection. Full offline mode is on our product roadmap.

The leaderboard ranks users based on their quiz performance and study activity. Rankings are updated in real-time. Individual prizes are awarded to the weekly top 10 users, and the top school each month receives a special discount on their school plan.

The School Plan is custom-priced based on the number of enrolled students. It includes everything in the Annual plan plus multi-user management, custom branding, dedicated support, and monthly school performance rankings. Contact us at [email protected] to request a proposal.

Yes. Institutional accounts include a custom reporting dashboard that allows authorized administrators to view aggregated performance data across enrolled students — helping schools identify areas where additional coaching may be needed.

Schools are ranked each month based on the collective performance of their enrolled students. The top-ranked school receives a discount on their next billing cycle. Rankings are published in-app and on our social channels.
