Think and Tinker Laboratory ("LisensyaLab", "we", "us", or "our") operates the LisensyaLab mobile application and website at lisensyalab.com. We are based at Mapua University, YIC Building, 658 Muralla Street, Intramuros, Manila 1002, Philippines.

2. What Information We Collect
- Account information: Name, email address, and password when you register.
- Profile information: School or institution affiliation and exam track (CPALE or CLE).
- Usage data: Quiz scores, subject performance, study streaks, and time spent studying.
- Payment information: Subscription status and transaction IDs — processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store card details.
- Device information: Device type and OS version for support purposes.
- Communications: Messages you send via contact forms or email.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and improve the app (CPALE and CLE question banks, progress tracking, AI recommendations).
- Personalize your study experience and generate performance insights.
- Process subscription payments and manage your account.
- Display leaderboards and school rankings (first name and school affiliation only, with your consent).
- Send important service notifications (account updates, content changes, subscription renewals).
- Respond to support inquiries and comply with Philippine legal obligations.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud hosting in the Asia Pacific (Singapore) region.
- Apple App Store / Google Play: For subscription processing.
- Analytics tools: Aggregated, anonymized usage data only.
- Legal authorities: When required by Philippine law or a valid court order.
For institutional accounts, aggregated (non-personal) performance data may be shared with the subscribing institution's administrator.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on AWS servers in the Asia Pacific (Singapore) region. Security measures include encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest, strict access controls, and regular security reviews.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Your Rights Under the Data Privacy Act
As a data subject under RA 10173, you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your data is being processed.
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Erase your personal data ("right to be forgotten") where applicable.
- Object to processing of your personal data.
- Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
